1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using priceline ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Role as an Independent Agency

priceline is an independent Online Travel Agency (OTA). We act as an intermediary between you (the traveler) and the service providers (airlines, consolidators, and suppliers). We are not an airline and do not own or operate any aircraft.

3. Pricing and Availability

Flight fares and availability are retrieved in real-time. Please note:

• Dynamic Pricing: Fares are not guaranteed until a ticket is issued. Prices may increase or seats may become unavailable during the booking process.
• Taxes and Fees: Unless stated otherwise, displayed fares include government-imposed taxes and our service fees.

4. Booking and Ticketing

A "Booking" is an offer to purchase a ticket. A contract is only formed when we issue an electronic ticket (e-ticket) and provide you with a ticket number. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if the airline rejects the fare or if payment is not authorized.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Refund and cancellation policies are governed by the specific airline's fare rules:

• Non-Refundable Fares: Many "Value" or "Basic Economy" tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable.
• Agency Fees: priceline may charge a separate processing fee for handling cancellations or changes, in addition to any penalties charged by the airline.
• Refund Timeline: Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement depending on airline processing times.

6. Travel Documentation

It is the passenger's sole responsibility to ensure they possess valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates. We are not liable for any traveler denied boarding due to improper documentation.

7. Limitation of Liability

priceline is not liable for airline delays, cancellations, overbookings, strikes, or "Acts of God" (weather, natural disasters). Any claims regarding the flight service itself must be directed to the operating airline.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from using this site for speculative or fraudulent bookings. We monitor for suspicious activity and reserve the right to cancel bookings that appear to be fraudulent without notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be resolved in the courts located in Nassau County, NY.
